HARDWARE & SOFTWARE

We have found that most customers are tired of the excuses from ICT vendors… “… it’s the softwares fault” “…it’s Dell’s fault”. Fault is not important when you are having problems… getting it fixed is. We typically take end to end responsibily for anything that plugs into the wall, from desktops and laptops, to photocopiers and phone systems… it’s all our problem.

  • Server hardware
  • Server Software (like Exchange, Server 2008, Print Sharing, Sharepoint, Dynamics…)
  • Desktops (from any vendor, IBM/Lenovo, Dell, Toshiba, White box…)
  • Laptops
  • Switches and Firewalls (from any vendor, like Dlink, Cisco, Linksys, FortiNet, Netgear…)
  • Uninteruptable Power Supplies (UPS)
  • network, phone and electrical cabling
  • land line systems (like Nortel, Avaya and Toshiba)
  • photocopiers (like Xerox, Kyocera, Mita, Canon, Toshiba…)
  • cell phones
  • Blackberry’s
  • Blackberry Enterprise Server
  • and even the Apple Mac’s…
  • we handle it all

CONTRACT MANAGEMENT & NEGOTIATIONS

  • Cell contracts will Telus, Bell, Rogers… are often
  • Service contracts with photocopy companies

  • and sooo much more

I am about to buy an Dell Optiplex 9020 SFF but i maybe want to put a graphicscard in there in the future. So my question is, where can i find a better powersupply that supports the Dell Optiplex 9020 SFF?

Greetings,

I have an android cell phone and when the first page comes up after the phone is turned on there is an icon in the lower right corner of the screen that I can’t identify. The phone icon is on the left, the middle one is the camera, and the one on the right is a white box with rounded corners and two rows of three columns of six grey dots. It reminds me of the “6” on one side of a single die from a set of dice. Any idea of what it is and what it’s use is? Thanks, Don

Y have watched your video on youtube on how to add a SSd hd to a Dell 5490 and remove the original hd. I have a refurbished unit and it is working just fine. I would like to remove my hd, but according to your demo. my setup of the hd is different, in the sense that it is not in a caddy or enclosure, and seemingly being held down in place by a flat, object, which to my eyes makes it difficult to remove it. Possibly, because its a refurbished unit and the original had a problem and the issuing company replaced the hd in that odd position. I can send a photo of it, if allowed and instructed on how to upload here.

Watched the migration video of 2012r2 to 2022. After completing the migration and demoding of 2012r2 can I still access & run the programs on the old server until new programs can be installed on the new server?

OK I watched the video on how to remove the transfer belt on the Samsung C460 printer as well and was unable to remove the cable like the person above. I then read your comments and watched the other video that has more to do with taking individual wires out than getting the stupid plug out. You say just pull it out but I have pulled hard but just won’t budge. Looks like there are tabs on the side so I have tried pushing those in but no luck that way either. Any suggestions?

That is me pulling at the wires so I know it works. It is possible that Samsung changed the design and that there is now a clip or something else blocking removal but if you are at the point of garbage anyway, personally, I would yank on it.

I have watched your video on cleaning the transfer belt on a Samsung C460 printer. However I am unable to remove the small power plug in the front of the machine. Necessary before pulling out the transfer belt. Is there a correct way to pull out this plug?

Hi,
I watched your Disassemble ‘Samsung C460 Printer To Replace Network Card’ video. I am thinking of buying one of the Samsung series but would like to disable the wifi/wireless function and only use USB or ethernet cable. It looks as though, the network card is all bunched up with wifi, usb etc? So if I was to disable it from the card end, do I just pull one of the wifi cable off from the network card? I can’t see the detail of the network card so it might be self-explanatory when I see the card inside but I am not sure if it is at all possible to disconnect wifi/wireless function from the card end rather than from the menu. Do you know? Many thanks.

You can simply disable the WiFi in the settings on all of the Samsung printers I have worked on (that had WiFi as an option 🙂 )
