SOLVED: How To Determine Amount of Storage Used in Azure

It is not uncommon for companies to want to know how much total storage they’re using in their Azure Ten Tenants. It’s not hard to figure out but if you haven’t done it before it certainly isn’t obvious.

Here is how you quickly and easily figure out how much disk storage is being used in Azure:

1. Surf to https://portal.azure.com and sign in
2. In the search bar at the top, type in MONITOR, then click on MONITOR
3. Click on STORAGE ACCOUNTS, on the left side menu
4. Click CAPACITY, menu item near the top
5. Click the STORAGE ACCOUNTS drop down and select ALL
6. Wait a few seconds and then you can see the ACCOUNT USED field contains the storage numbers you are likely concerned with
