SOLVED: How to Install AD Users & Computers on Windows Member Server

One of our clients thought that only domain controllers and windows clients like Windows 11 and Win10 could use the Active Directory management tools, like AD USERS AND COMPUTERS. However, it is easy to install ADUC (and other RSAT tools) on a member server:

1. Launch SERVER MANAGER
2. Wait for it to finish setting up
3. Click MANAGE > ADD ROLES AND FEATURES (from the top right corner)
4. Click NEXT until you get to FEATURES
5. Expand REMOTE SERVER ADMINISTRATIVE TOOLS and select AD DS and AD LDS tools
6. Click NEXT until the end

This does not require a reboot so as soon as it is done, you can click the START button and locate ACTIVE DIRECTORY USERS AND COMPUTERS.
