After working on a file for a few months I found this message:
Office365 Sorry, We Couldn’t Open FILE NAME Word Excel PowerPoint
The error did not appear when trying to open the file using the Word WebApp, but did appear when trying to open the file using the full Word desktop app.
Fortunately, there is a very easy fix.
C:\Users[USER NAME]\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Office\16.0\ AppData folder, simply enable the viewing of hidden folders- click HEREOfficeFileCacheThis website uses cookies.
