SOLVED: Worried That Someone Else Is Checking Your Email?

In recent builds of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft has added a MOST RECENT SIGN IN feature and that is very helpful if you think someone else may have been checking your email.

To see the last time someone logged into your email, just click FILE and look at the INFO section for MOST RECENT SIGN-IN

There is also a very helpful SEE ALL RECENT SIGN IN ACTIVITY which takes you to a page showing all of the logins to your Microsoft account:

If you are worried about someone accessing your information that should not be, you can, and everyone really should enable two factor authentication in Microsoft 365.  It is actually easy to setup and use.  We have been using Microsoft 2FA without problem for years now.  We have a short video on how to setup Microsoft Two Factor Authentication using the Microsoft Authenticator App available HERE.
