If you are having problems with Azure Storage Explorer there are several things you need to do to reset it back to factory:
- Uninstall any existing version Azure Storage Explorer
- Delete the STORAGEEXPLORER/APP saved credentials from Windows Credential Manager
- If you are working on a Mac you need to find STORAGE EXPLORER in your keychain
- Delete C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Azure Storage Explorer
- Delete C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Roaming\StorageExplorer
- Download and Install the free version of CCLEANER and run it to clear everything including the registry entries and your temp files
- Reboot
- Download and install the latest Azure Storage Explorer directly from Microsoft HERE

I am running Windows 11 with .Net 4.5.2
I installed previous Azure Storage explorer 0.9.6 , it’s working however as soon as I upgrade to 1.1.0 , it gets stuck on loading screen.
refer to this link here: https://www.lenovo.com/us/en/faqs/intel/intel-graphics/
any suggestion how to fix this error??

Hi Aaron;
I am not sure that the Lenovo link you sent is related, but I can say that version 1.1 is no longer supported. Azure storage explorer 1.27 is the latest build; see: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/storage/common/storage-explorer-support-policy-lifecycle
