SOLVED: Disable or Enable a Vibrate Email Alert on Android Samsung S8 S9

If you want to your Android Samsung S8 or S9 to vibrate when an email is received you need to increase the notifications CATEGORY that it is in from NORMAL to HIGH.  This is not a difficult process but it is hard to find:

1. Open your email
2. Click the menu icon (3 bars in the top left corner)
3. Click the settings cog (top right corner)
4. Click NOTIFICATIONS
5. Click NEW EMAILS (IMPORTANT: Do not click on the slider top the right, click on the words NEW EMAILS)
6. Click IMPORTANCE
7. Click HIGH
8. Click back button (bottom right)
9. Click VIBRATE to ON
10. OPTIONAL: Click SOUND and set a sound if you wish.  We set ours to SILENT (top of the list)
