If you want to filter out some results from a search in Outlook, you can use a ‘negative search term’. It Outlook
Filtering or narrowing down your search results is a pain if you don’t know what you are doing, so we have produced a short video demonstrating how easy it really is:

messagesize:<10 KB | Items whose size is less than 10 kilobytes. Note the use of the “less than” comparison operator (<). |

received:=1/1/2006 | Items that arrived on 1/1/2006. Note the use of the “equals” comparison operator (=). |
