To change your Windows 10 update ring settings:

1. Click START > SETTINGS > UPDATES & SECURITY
2. Click ADVANCED OPTIONS
3. After you have signed up in GET INSIDER PREVIEW BUILDS, move the CHOOSE YOUR INSIDER LEVEL slider to the left or right as you wish
