If you are trying to install Windows 10 (or Windows 8 for that matter) from an upgraded version you will see: Sysprep was not able to validate your Windows Installation
In other words, if you install the RTM July 2015 release version of Windows 10 and then install the November update build 1511 10540 then try to Sysprep it, it will fail with this error.
The real solution is to use the Windows 10 Media Creation Tool to download the latest build of Windows 10, install that version and then SysPrep it. Put simply upgrade = bad .
