SOLVED: How to Determine What Color Is in A Graphic

I recently needed to identify a graphic’s HEX colour so I could use it on a website.  After quite some research I found the following two web sites provided quick and accurate hex conversions and color pallets for me:

1. cssdrive.com/imagepalette/index.php : told me exactly what color a solid colour graphic was
2. colorhunter.com : provided a pallet colours it determined where in a given picture or graphic you upload
