SOLVED: How to Open RECENTLY CLOSED TABS in Internet Explorer 10 IE10

One of the changes Microsoft made to reduce complexity in IE10 was to remove the RECENTLY CLOSED TABS button page when you open a new tab.  This is not good… but wait, they have just relocated that feature.  All you have to do is RIGHT CLICK on any existing tab:
