ok… but how. Over the Air (OTA) activation only shows up in OPTIONS, ADVANCED, ENTERPRISE ACTIVATION if you have a BES account. The solution to use DESKTOP MANAGER (v5 or older) or BLACKBERRY DESKTOP SOFTWARE (v6 or newer).

You can wireless activate a BIS on BESx using the Enterprise Activation app available from the BB App Store (Free).
