Which CPU’s Are ‘Real’ & Which Are Hyperthreads?

In a dual core, dual CPU system which CPU’s are real and which are Hyperthreads?

According to my research, on an Intel Xeon 5000 server, the following configuration is what Windows sees:

Windows is what determines which “CPU’s” are in what order but practically speaking it appears to put all of the real cores at the start and the fake cores (Hyperthreads) at the end
